How to read this dashboard
BAM is the central, scored repository for every BrainDing brand asset. Each asset is rated on the E/C/S model — Existence, Consistency and Strategic Alignment — and grouped by priority from P1 (core identity) to P4 (future-proofing).
- Overall asset health — the average E/C/S score across the bank.
- Consistency score — the priority-weighted “C” dimension only.
- Need attention — missing or outdated assets, split into High (core P1/P2 gaps), Medium and Low urgency.
- Status colours — Good 75%+, Warning 45–74%, Critical below 45%.
